Hi, I’m Jen, a Temecula wedding & event planner. I sweat every last detail, so you get to actually enjoy your own party.

More than 100 weddings in, I’ve learned the secret isn’t doing more. It’s making your whole day feel like less for you.

Meet your planner

Hi, I’m Jen

I’ve been planning weddings and events for seven years, more than a hundred celebrations across Temecula, the wine country, and all over Southern California.

I’m a Navy brat, wife to a techy pilot named Brett, and mom to a lacrosse goalie who keeps life just as busy as wedding season. I love pink, good spreadsheets, and making sure everyone around me is taken care of. Some people might call me a control freak, but I prefer aggressively organized.

At my core, I simply love people: taking the stress off my couples so they can actually enjoy the day they’ve worked so hard to plan. The best weddings feel like the couple, not a Pinterest board, and taking care of people is my favorite part.

Let’s create
something good

I keep my calendar intentionally small so I can give every couple the attention they deserve (and yes, answer all those random late-night questions). If you think we’d be a great fit, I’d love to hear all about your day!

FAQ

What’s the difference between a coordinator and a planner?

A coordinator steps in near the finish line to run the day you’ve already planned. A planner is with you from the start, vendors, design, budget, the whole build. I do both, depending on how much help you want.

How far in advance should I book?

For full planning, 9–12 months is ideal. For event management, 2–3 months out is usually plenty. That said, if your date is close, ask anyway. I keep a few spots open.

Do you travel outside of Temecula?

Yes. Temecula and the wine country are home base, but I plan across all of Southern California, and I’ll go wherever the party takes us.

How many events do you take at once?

A limited number each season, on purpose. Every couple gets my full attention on their day, never a split focus.

What happens after I inquire?

I’ll reach out within a day or two to set up a call. We’ll talk through your vision, your date, and the level of help that fits, then I’ll send a clear proposal. No pressure.
